I've been trying to load nGenius Real Time Monitor ver 1.2 on our server here with no luck. Everytime that I log off and log back on, one of the java.exe scripts does not run correctly and it will not let me get to the nGenius service to log in. Has anybody experienced the same and how did you fix it?
