Netscapte Quicktime Plug-in - problems installing

I am trying to download Quicktime 5 from the Apple website. I am running Win 95 and have plenty of disk space available.

The Installations runs fine and completes as normal. However it tries to start up and the shortcuts can't find the files. I look in the Quicktime directory and there are no files at all......can anyone help? :(
