Netscape .X problem calling another asp from a section of map

Hi folks;
I'm having a problem with Netscape .X it works fine however in IE but I need it to work in Netscape. Im calling another asp from a section of a map. hers a small sample of the HTML code in my vbscript.asp.

Also, How do I set a blank space so that area will have the sam bgcolor as the rest of the table where no fields is retured at that time.
