I saw the old thread about this from before.
I can't, for the life of me, figure out why one of my popups won't focus in it's window/tab via Netscape.
The page is: ... and it's the little question mark at the center, right side of the screen.
It always opens behind the parent.
I've tried many, many combinations of the window.focus method.
I will say that my page streams music, which is constantly loading. Would that effect the popup?
