Netscape Webmail dissappearing addresses

I seem to be havfing a problem when composing an email. I type in the first few letters of a recipient who I have emailed in the recent past and there name doen't fill in. When I go to lookup there name, it isn't there. So I have to go to saved mail and find there previous email. After I send the email, I look in the address book to make sure it is saved. It seems that randomly some of my email addresses have been erased. Does this sound familiar and can anyone help me?
