I have a frame which displays images and include top.htm and bottom .htm links. It looks fine in other browsers but in netscape it does not display everything in obe page. There some stuff onto the next page. But thats not the problem. The problem is that it does not even have a scroll bar to scroll onto the next page. Is there any particular setting for a table, frame, page to provide for a scrollbar.
Please help.
Thanks.

in the file that you create the frameset you need:

<FRAME NAME="whatever" SCROLLING="YES" (or SCROLLING="AUTO") noresize SRC="whatever.html"> "Life is like a Ferrari, it goes to fast.
But that's ok, because you can't afford it anyway" - Jim Davis (Garfield)

ok, but can I have one scroller "auto" for the entire page. It gives a scrollbar for every page whch is not what I want. I just want one vertical scroll bar applicable to the entir page.
Thanks.

on top of that netscape displays the scrollbs for all the frames even if its not rqquired even after setting the property to auto !!

The only way I can think of is using IFRAME but i'm not sure if that's Netscape compatible and it's not good practice really.

Depends what the site is for/intended audience etc. Can't it be done without any frames? Would make life easier! "Life is like a Ferrari, it goes to fast.

set the scrollbar setting to "NO" for the frames it's not needed in. "Life is like a Ferrari, it goes to fast.

yeah but it looks ugly.
So its not posible to have one common scroll bar for all frames then ??
Thanks.
