Netscape Print Error

Netscape 4.7 installed on networked client PCs. They never have problems printing from apps (Word, Excel etc) but printing from Netscape frequently throws up errors and the print job fails. OS's are W2K an NTW. Any ideas?

I have to stick with 4.7 for the moment so a browser upgrade not an option.

I have the same problem with some users that are printing out pages with a lot of graphics and/or javascripting. I found this link on Netscape help:

Looks like you need to update the print driver for your printer.
