Netscape Navigator 4.72 and Crystal reports

Hi,
This is a problem which is related to Netscape navigator 4.72 and lower versions of Netscape browsers specifically...because in other
browsers there is no problem
The problem is this..
Whenever the reporting window(used Crytal reports) is opened
in the browser a window pops up asking for
information.It is a small dialog Box with
the heading 'Please Provide Infomation'
If anyone knows the solution for this problem
please reply back as this is a browser version
specific problem and we do not know what to make
of this..as this is not happening in IE or Netscape 6.0..
