Netscape Messaging 4.15sp6 on Solaris 6

I am receiving the following message several times each second in the smtp log of Netscape Messaging 4.15sp running on Solaris 6.

[07/Feb/2003:11:29:56 -0500] clavin smtpd[13764]: Network Notice: Client End-Of-Stream from 127.0.0.1 [127.0.0.1]

This is also chewing up quit a bit of CPU time. Any idea what this means, what is causing it, or how to correct it?
