netscape mail 4.7 users directory into 7.2

I have an old Netscape 4.7 mail directory containing 3 users and about 1MB of mail. It comes from another machine on the network with no internet connection. I cannot get Netscape 7.2 to recognise it and upgrade it (so I can export it to the Opera client).
