Netscape is driving me nuts!

Please help me.
I have a site that works beautifully in IE and NS 4.77
However, I have jsut discovered that NS 4.79 and 6.01 throw my layers all over the place.

Before I go mad does anyone have any tips on countering this? Should I just design for one specific NS browser?
