Netscape / IIS Erro

I have som eusers that are complaining of a strange problem. Our Web Server is running IIS 6 on Windows 2003. The workstations are running XP SP 2, with both IE 6 and Netscape 7 installed. Opening the website through IE works fine, but through Netscape it gives a 401.1 error "You are not authorized to view this page"

Any idea why this would happen? The users would like Netscape to work - some of their web sites don't work in IE - and upgrading IE isn't an option for me (I don't have control over the installed applications).
