I have a user on my network running Netscape 6.2 on a Mac. Whenever he uses Netscape to download a file that uses FTP (antivirus updates, sound files, etc...) he gets the following error:
Extended Server Error Message:
200 Type set to I.
200 PORT command successful.
425 Can't build data connection: No such file or directory.
He recently upgraded to OS X and all of his settings are correct (all the settings that I can find). We are behind a Microsoft Proxy firewall, but he can browse the Internet without any problems. Ports 20 & 21 are open on the proxy, and FTP works on the PCs. Does anybody have any ideas on what I can do to get him to be able to use FTP?
Thanks,
Joe Brouillette
