A customer is having problems with attachments in her Netscape email program.
If she gets a wmv or wma file and attempts to open it, it will try to load it into windows media player, but a MediaPlayer gives an error saying it cant play the file, and a blank NS browser window opens behind it.
If the file is saved to the desktop it can be run fine.
I have removed all the helper apps. I also checked the file association.
This is NS version 6 I think.
It will do likewise with other attachments (not using media player, but not open right)
Any ideas?
