Netscape and the server cannot communicate securely

Hi!

I am using encryption to access secured sites, my problem is, suddenly Netscape 4.80 is displaying this message : 'Netscape and the server cannot communicate securely because there is no common encryption algorithm'.

I reinstalled Netscape 4.80 as well as 4.79 but I keep on getting the same error msg.
