Netscape and IE Horizontal scroller

I found this one:

And it works in IE 4+ and Netscape 4+ but NOT Netscape 6+!!

Why?? God I hate netscape. Anyway, I need one that will work in ALL browsers 4.0 and above including NS 6+.

Any suggestions? Or maybe some tweaking of the current code above that would work?

TheGThree, I even didn't look at that DynamicDrive script. I know that all those scripts are not cross-browser, they work only in some browsers. As for me, they don't worth anything.

As an alternative I can recommend this:

There are really cross-browser solutions: works in IE, NN4.x, N6 and Opera 5/6.
The best one I ever see, and though recommend to everyone.
