Netscape and frames

Hi, I am trying to find out a little bit about the user friendliness of how netscape deals with frames.

For instance if I had a website with 2 frames, where the user might be tabbing through form fields, how does netscape deal with tabbing ACROSS the frames (when the user is simply using the tab key)?

If anyone has any experience of this and/or any advice or thoughts to offer it would be greatly appreciated.
