I have installed the new Netscape 8.0 and its a little differ to get used to. So far I only really have one issue with it and would like to know if any of you can help me by letting mw know how to turn off this feature.

When ever I go to a site that I have visited before such as "google" and type something into the field I will get that last think that I typed on a little drop down window. I want to turn this feature off. I have attacked a link to show you all what I mean.

"Do not attack the First Marine Division. Leave the yellowlegs alone. Strike the American Army."
- Orders given to Communist troops in the Korean War; shortly afterward, the Marines were ordered to not wear their khaki leggings to keep the enemy from immediately fleeing

This feature is known as autocomplete. Have a look around the settings and see if you cn find something that might disable it.

found this solution on another site and it worked just fine for me...

open a new window and on the address bar type in "about:config"

then go down to where you see this:

Browser.formfill.enable default Boolean true> change this to false.. : )

and this should work...
