While I realize the easy answer is drop Netscape and use Outlook (which we will be doing soon, I still have to try to find a solution to the problem. Our site is/has been upgrading from Netscape 4.7x to Netscape 7.1. While there haven't been many issues, there have been times where the converted profile becomes corrupt, requiring the setup of a new one, sometimes the reinstallation of the whole application into a fresh directory after all versions have been removed from the system. The issue getting the most complaints is the change in font when printing. After the installation, when the user prints an email message that typically should be one page, its 2, and the font is larger then it was before the new installation. When printing, you can go into the printer properties and tell it to print at less then 100% of the page size, but customers do not want to do that each time they print. I have found in the Netscape preferences where you can change font size, but that does not appear to be related to the font size when printing email messages. My sneaky suspicion is that it is related to how messages are being sent by the originator of the message. But, on the other hand, the messages were printing "properly" before the fresh installation of Netscape. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
