Netscape 7.0 on a VPN LAN

I have installed Netscape 7.0. I am connecting to my company's LAN using A VPN connection from the client side. I use Nortel Extranet.

Although Internet Explorer seems to connect to the LAN sites, Netscape 7.0 does not?

Is there something I need to do about the settings on my NT 4.0 Laptop?
