Netscape 4: annoyingly large font with UTF-8

I'm only asking this because some of my customers insist on using Netscape 4. These people are also running Solaris, not Windows, so this question might be a long shot in this forum.

Does anybody know how to force Netscape 4 to not make the font annoyingly large when the web page is tagged as UTF-8? Can't seem to get results by editing prefs.
