Netscape 4.7 VERYSlow to Start

I use Netscape v4.7 on my Win2K laptop which is sometimes logged onto the office network with a dial on demand ISDN router and sometimes off the network with dial up networking. When I am not attached to the Network Netscape is often VERY slow to start, and sometimes seems to give up all together! By slow I mean like 15 - 20 minutes. Each time I try to start it it creates a process called netscape.exe visible in task manager. I never seem to have this problem when I am attached to the network.

Does anyone else out there have a similar problem? Any suggestions would be very welcome
