netscape 4.7 printing problem 1

hello
running os/2 here, user logs in but cannot print quotations from within netscape. get s the following printed out instead ' this document resulted from a post operation and has expired from the cache if you wish you can repost the form data to recreate the document by pressing reload' tried reload still the same.

any ideas? re-install ?

i forgot to say, if hte user logs in to another PC it will print fine, same spec's. If in doubt get the Ball Pein Hammer out
