Hello y'all,

I'm having a problem with the site I'm working for... The problem is: The site works fine for the "default" browsers like MSIE, Netscape newer versions and Opera, but it doesn't work with Netscape vs 4.51, and I can't figure how to solve it.
I can't just say to the users to upgrade their browser.
The problem, is, when loading the page, the tag
<LINK TYPE=&quot;Stylesheet&quot; HREF=&quot;/shared/style.css&quot;>
seems to make a 404 error, 'cause the browser searches the page elsewhere from the wanted or correct location.
The link says that the stylesheet is always in the root/shared folder, but, for example, when the user enters the folder root/folder2/ the link points to root/folder2/shared/ instead of the wanted/correct folder, giving the 404 error.
Does anyone here know what is happening here? I've only known this problem to happen with Netscape 4.51 only.
Thanx in advance folks, .: HarshMellow :. &quot;Sperto ne estas tio, kio okazis al vi, sed estas tio, kion vi faras al tio, kio okazas al vi.&quot; (Aldous Huxley)

don't know if you solved this!? anyway:

if you have the link like above, it is a relative path - meaning always realative to the current folder. it seems strange to me that it would work correctely in i.e. try to make it a absolute path ( because you link it from different folders.
hope this helps
