Netscape 4.5/7 will not print text box contents

I am trying to print a web page in Netscape 4.5 and 4.7. All the static text prints ok, and the outline of <input type=&quot;text&quot;> prints but the contents of the text box will not print. Same problem with textarea's. Select's actually print the first option (as coded) instead of the selected option on the browsed page.

I should mention that the page works fine in all other respects. Text contents etc. is received fine back at the server for processing and database update.
Also, the pages prints fine in IE.

Any thought's at all would be appreciated...
