Netmeeting port forwarding...

I am having trouble using Netmeeting through our firewall. I have read this web site and it was very helpful, but I still must not be doing something right.

I have been todl that
Ports 1720 H.323 call setup (TCP) and
1731 Audio call control (TCP)

are not forwarding on my computer.

First, how do open these ports? How do I verify that they are forwarding?

I have also enabled ICS (Internet Connection Sharing) on this computer, has anyone had experience with ICS and Netmeeting?

I have been working on this problem for a week now and figured it was best if I just start back at square one. Thanks for any help or direction.
