I have installed ISA server and following the (not very technical) Microsoft Documentation have configured the ISA Server as an H323 Gateway. I have also done the following:
Configured the ISA server as a H323 Gatekeeper.
Enabled H323 Protocol.
Allowed H323 in the Protocol rules
Enabled call routing (phone number and email), with the internal IP address as the gatekeeper.
On the Internal LAN it works fine, users can connect no problem with each other by using the phone number or email address of the destination, but when an external netmeeting client on the internet trys to connect (I configure the external client to use the external IP address of the ISA server as its gatekeeper as per Microsoft's instructions), the external netmeeting client times out and cannot connect.
Am I missing something not covered in the Microsoft documentation ?
Any ideas - help !
