Netlogon window pop up at start up-- HELP

hi,

I have migrated couple of users from W2K to W2K3 and
notice that few of the users are getting pop up window
(windows explorer) that point to \mydc\netlogon share or in my network place it shows "DC1NETLOGON ON dc1".

Please let me know if this is any issues with Group
policy or batch script.
