Netinfo.exe error with Web Outlook

We have one user that keeps having a problem when attempting to log into his e-mail account via Web Outlook. Every time he logs in, Dr. Watson appears and indicates that there is a 'netinfo.exe error' and the server reboots. This is occuring only with this one user and it occurs no matter what PC he is using to log into Web Outlook. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. We have completely rebuilt this particlular server from scratch and still the same thing occurs. Please note that this is NOT the main e-mail server. For IIS security reasons, this is a seperate server with Exchange 5.5 (SP4) installed and is only used for Web Outlook.

Have you tried running it in a seperate memory space?
