NETIG32.exe Spyware

I have this file spyware Netig32.exe and netig32.dll crashing my IE browser. I have deleted it from the registry, the windows folder, i used hijackthis and also deleted it from there, but this file keeps executing everytime i reboot. I also used adware,and search and destroy. Any suggestions Please help.

Windows XP Pro with all the critical updates installed.

Did you disable system restore before starting the removal process, as per the many FAQs in this and the XP Pro forum?

Damn it, no i didn't. shoot so will it keep going back to the restore point. thanks for the info
