I have a matching pair of Netgear WG302 AP's and was wondering if anyone out there has managed to configure a "pair" of these to provide seemless wireless coverage. So you could move between the 2 devices and reconnect and maintain maximum signal strength without dropping and reconnecting to a closer AP. I was told this was not a feature of the AP's but thought more heads are better than one... My building is long and narrow hence this requirement, and btw both AP's are hardwired to the router..

I to have a long and wide area to cover and I currently use 3 Netgear WG302.

I get seamless transmission nomatter where I wonder through out my warehouse. Not once have I had a dropped signal and there are only a few spots way back in a corner do I get a fair signal.

I have mine set up in a v formation - the main one in the center is hard wired with 9 decmibals antennas. I then placed 1 using its stubbles just within its range on the far right and one on the far left.

I set the main one up in Wireless Point to Multi-Point Bridge and the other 2 in Wireless Point-to-Point Bridge

It work great for me in fact I have the same set up in 2 warehouses.
