Netgear USB2.0 Adapter WG111v2 changes Logon Screen

I have just installed a Netgear USB2.0 Adapter WG111v2, I was surprised to find the Netgear software had changed my Logon to a Domain type Logon box.

I found a solution to this problem at the following links.
