I have a working VPN connection between my laptop and NetGear FVS338. However, I get the usual 'Failed to connect for VoIP operation' error when connecting through the VPN. On the local network, things work fine. I have heard that turning off Stateful Packet Inspection through the CLI of the NetGear will fix it, but there is no CLI documentation to be found from NetGear. I have also gone through the published Avaya tech tip on this error and made sure things are configured properly.
