Netgear DG 834 issue

I have a Dg834 as my DSL access with 5 PC's connected to it. One of these is a webserver that uses IIS and Rocon to update the IP address through DynDNS.org. From outside of the router when I use my URL I can access the site fine but inside using the same URL gets me an admin log in prompt to the Netgear box. Is there any way round this as dialling out to get back into my site to check response times is a bit of a nuisance.
