NetFrame 2100 is rebooting after installing AccelGraphic Video Driver

I have Micron NetFrame 2100 Server where I would like to install 32MB AccelGraphics Card,Previously it was working fine.
Now it is rebooting continuously.
When I saw the instructions on Installable CD of AccelGraphics it card they said that Remove all Video Cards from PC.But I am having Onboard Video Adapter,How can I remove this.I disabled the Card through Device settings but wheneevr I install AccelGraphice Driver it is getting hanged.
Do you know regarding Hardware setting for disabling the video adapter on NF 2100 Motherboard.
If yes please let me know
