Netfinity Director

I am trying to load Netfinity Director Client on a Windows 2000 Service pack 2, which is coming up with the error
JREW.EXE Application error.
The insruction at "0x00000003" reference memory "0x00000003". The memory could not be read.

This is refering to the licence on the disk.

Any clues how to get around?
