NETFINITY 5500 : JP51 Jumper usage

Hi everybody

8660-52X : How to use JP51 jumper ?

Sometimes (after a NO-FLASH ASMP), the serveur refuse to power on !
It only Power on by stapping JP51.
And my question is :
How to power on the serveur without this jumper now ?
