Netfinity 5100 restart after an halt problem.

Hi, I'm having problems with restarting my server just after a shutdown:

1) I halt the server
2) I press the start button something like 2 minutes later, and all disks led flashs (green and orange leds), but nothing happen.
3) After some time the system error light goes on.
4) I open the case, but no light is on on the motherboard except the power led.

To restart the server I must up plug the power cord, then plug it in and wait one or two minutes.
I'm not familiar with IBM servers. Is it normal ?
