Netfinity 5000: Orange (!) system error light on???

I looked in the bios error log and saw the following errors:

I restarted the machine but the orange (!) system error light stayed on. I looked inside the machine and didn't see any amber lights on. Any idea what it could be?

If the raid failed on a single drive would there be an amber light on on the scsi card? (I looked but didn't see anything).

If a drive fail the amber light would be one the driver.

To remover amber error lights from BIOS errors you clear the post and bios logs and shutdown and up plug power for a min or 2 then plug back in and boot up if light is there again something might need to be replaced.
