Does anyone know of there are compatibity problems with an 8644-20U & a newer Geforce2 card? I am having what looks like stability issues when the card is loaded with windows 2000 Server. I am using Version: 41.09 Nvidia driver with a GeForce2 GTS 64M card.

I was thinking of backing off to an earlier driver version maybe?

Am backing to Driver to test:

Version: 30.82
File Size: 10.1 MB
Release Date: August 7, 2002
WHQL Certified

Also, is there a speed difference involved due to a 66mhz bus limit ?

Well, tried to back off to an earlier driver, no change. system was unstable, and locks up. Does anyone have success with a AGP 3D card in a Netfinity 3500 system ?

I have 2 of these I got cheap (256M,dual 266P2) and wanted to build them for my kids...anyone have any ideas ?

You have stumbled into the beauty of server stability - the double-edged sword. Servers are inherently more stable than normal PCs due to the extensive testing that goes into supported hardware options - good for stability. Unfortunately, not all third-party hardware/software is tested, or passes testing, to be considered ServerProven (supported) in the box - limiting for what you can install. Before you consider this a compatibility problem, have you tried installing the cards in another system (with the same driver) to see if the cards are working? Have you checked NVidia's site to see is a newer driver/firmware is available for the cards? Is the system at the current BIOS? Support for Windows 2000 wasn't added until v1.35, and the current version is 1.38. Also, it's important to follow the instructions for flashing the BIOS as indicated in the README. CHANGES.NEW on the flash diskette details the updates.
