I added this protocol and I got this message:
The Unix Operating System will now be rebuilt. This will take a few minutes. Please wait. The Unix kernel has been rebuilt. Do you want this kernel to boot by default y/n ?

What Do I reply, yes or no.
Thank you

Mayerlin

I have not hit yes, yet. After this, do I have to restart the server ?

You have to reply yes to the next question (environment rebuild).
And yes you should restart the server.

Someone has killed this process, so I could not answer yes. Should I restart the server by myself, or should I re-add the Netbios protocol and have the kernel rebuilt again ?

I guess you only need to rebuild the kernel:
/etc/conf/cf.d/link_unix
and then reboot the server.
Be sure you're alone ! (who)
