netbios

Hi all hope someone has an easy way to solve this.

I recently installed windows 2008 (hyper-v with 3 additional servers) during the installation I made a huge mistake to make sure the netbios name was short so I ended up with a 15 character name so every time someone needs to access outlook (oh yea also another box w2k8 hyper-v exchange 2k7 also 3 additional server) they need to put xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx\their login ID. So the ? is, is there any easy way to change the netbios name? From what I have googled it looks pretty messy...

are you talking about the server netbios name or the netbios name of the domain?
