NetBIOS conflict resolution request

I have a server that is registering 2 unique NetBIOS names. I know this by doing an nbtstat -n on the server:

Name Type Status
---------------------------------------------
HERCULES <00> UNIQUE Registered
NELC <00> GROUP Registered
HERCULES <20> UNIQUE Registered
NELC <1E> GROUP Registered
ALCEMANA <00> UNIQUE Registered
ALCEMANA <03> UNIQUE Registered
ALCEMANA <20> UNIQUE Registered

Can anyone tell me how to resolve this?

I've searched the registry to see if I could locate the undesired NetBIOS name, Alcemana, without success.

I believe this all stemmed from a hired contract worker who was setting up Double-Take for replication between the 2 servers above and thought it was OK to choose to replicate all data, including system partition, to the other. As you can imagine, this caused some other issues as well.

Thanks,

Jeremy

No LMHost entries.

This corrected itself when I moved one of the machines to a different subnet.
