NetBios between subnets (My Network Places)

Hi

I've got 2 subnets, a LAN and a DMZ setup. With the firewall set to any, any .... I can see all the machines on the other subnet in "My Network Places" (Win 2k). However, when I put the firewall back on and set allow NetBios between the two subnets I can't see the machines.
Any suggestions on what traffic needs to be allowed to see the other machines

Hi Chris,

You need a WINS server that your clients can point or
you can use LMhosts.

You may also wish to audit the traffic being passed between the subnets to see what is being blocked. You may also need to have RPC ports opened.
