NetBackup with Encryption Option

I am doing testing on NetBackup Encryption.
I have 2 servers in setup,
serverA - master,media,client
serverB - client

I tested backup/restore of 5 GB filesystem from/to both servers, with and without encryption.

When i do restore to serverB it is working fine but when i am doing restore to serverA it is taking forever to restore encrypted backup image. It is completing but take a long time as following,

serverA
without encryption
Backup time: 4 minuts
Restore time: 5 minutes
With Encryption
Backup time: 4:30 minutes
Restore time: 10 minutes

serverB
without encryption
Backup time: 4 minuts
Restore time: 5 minutes
With Encryption
Backup time: 4:30 minutes
Restore time: 10 HOURS

I am not sure why it is taking 10 HOURS to restore when i am restoreing on a client which is also master and media server. Is there anything i am missing here? Do i need to take care of any special things to have it worked on a client which is working as a master and media server.

Are these alternate client restores? Are these windows servers?
