Netbackup SAP Online backup error

SAP on an Oracle 10g database has been installed on a HP UX IA64 blade running HPUX 11.23. Netbackup Client, Oracle, and SAP has been installed. I am attempting to run a SAP online backup using the sap_online_backup script in /usr/openv/netbackup/ext/db_ext/sap/scripts/sap_oracle directory path. This script has been updated for our Oracle userid, but this is the error message I am getting in the /usr/openv/netbackup/logs/bphdb/sap_stdout.092807 file
The version of Netbackup is 6.0 MP4 on the hp-ux client and 6.0 MP5 on the Windows 2003 SP1 SE master server.

Any one have a solution?
