NetBackup Master server name change after upgrade to 6.0

Hello,

Our NetBackup master server has two name and I think it's alias to each other. One is the short name "tor16905" and long name "tor16905.region.toronto.on.ca". Prior to upgrade, all policies and everything is related to the long server name. After we perform the upgrade to release 6.0 MP4, the system somehow pick up the master server name as the short name.
We are running into problem to perform restore and connect to client. What can we do to fix this problem. Please help.
