Netbackup 4.6, VCS, ADIC, Drive ownership problem

We have Netbackup 4.5 running on two Sun Solaris 2.8 systems in a VCS clustered configuration. Veritas did the NBU & VCS install and configurations. For the past two weeks we have been experiencing Drive/Robot Ownership problems. The drive and robot were setup to be owned by a generic owner and each system in the cluster sees the ownership through the generic owner. Somehow ownersip is being changed from the generic owner to the individual servers therefore NBU becomes VERY confused.

Anyone have any idea what is happening here.
