net1.exe .......Arcserve 6.5 built 622

I have updated my Arcserve 6.5 from build 600 to build 622.I have installed in order:
- patch nt0346.zip (update from build 600 to 620)
- patch nt0337.zip (resolve "unable to position media&quot
- patch ECN2.zip (resolve "unable to position media&quot
- patch lo47027.caz (update from build 620 to build 622)

Now, every so often, start and finish a command prompt that have net1.exe like title. Why ?

Besides tapeeng.exe failed to start in automatic when i reboot the server and i must start it manually.
