Net-To-Net via XP Pro native ipsec imp possible ?

just some basic questions:

#1 Can I setup a net-to-net VPN only be using native/built in ipsec implementation from MS ? -->

LAN_Left--XP-GW Left--INTERNET--XP-GW Right--LAN_Right

#2 OR is that impementation !only! suitable for using as a client (Road Warrior), and not as a gateway for net-to-net??

#3 OR do I have to use other Windows Edition e.g. W2K Server as gateway etc. ?!?
